關于c-fos抗體有兩個問題：

首先，您是否更新了產品？包裝瓶和說明書與我們購買的產品不同以前。新說明書上寫的是100μl特異性抗體（凍干），復原時加100μl H2O，舊說明書上說是50μg特異性抗體（凍干），復原時加入50μl H2O，得到1mg/ml PBS溶液。

第二，我是否應該像新的使用說明書一樣，溶解反主體？加入100μl水溶解抗體可以嗎？

 謝謝你的電子郵件。您可能已經注意到，226003是我們的產品之一，而且需求量仍在增加。
該產品是一種多克隆抗體，新批次的生產非常具有挑戰性。為了保證我們的客戶有穩定的質量，我們決定將抗體的形式從μg改為μl。這樣我們就可以小心地調整產品，以避免大批量的變化。客戶現在得到的產品總是在相同的稀釋范圍內工作。事實上，客戶從一個小瓶中得到的染色/化驗數量甚至比之前的批次增加了一倍。

Dear Daisy,

thank you for your question. As you may have already noticed #226003 is one of our best selling products and the demand is still increasing.
This product is a polyclonal antibody and the production of new batches is very challenging. To guarantuee a constant quality for our customers we decided to change from a μg to a μl format of the antibody. This way we can adjust the product carefully to avoid huge batch to batch variations. The customer now gets a product that always works in the same dilution range. In fact the amont of stainings / assays the customer gets out of one vial hase even been doubled compared to the batch before.
